Aikido (eye-key-doe) is Japan's non-violent martial art, sometimes called the "gentleman's art".
As In other traditional Japanese martial arts, regular Aikido classes are open to students of all levels. Advanced students train with beginners each training at the skill level of the lowest rank. Advanced students help newer students in the transition from beginner to advanced. Each student will train at his or her level. Students may come to any (or all) classes on our weekly schedule. Visitors are always welcome
