Beginners have classes through Linn-Benton Community College program and through the Albany Parks and Recreation. These classes are designed to give the student the opportunity to see of they would like to train sincerely in this martial art.

New students can also enroll directly in the ongoing classes if they have decided to try this martial art and wish to start.
